My approach

Do you ever feel like you have to hide parts of who you are from the rest of the world? Or find yourself stuck in patterns that feel hard to break? Therapy can help you uncover what’s holding you back and create new possibilities for living more authentically.

Many of the people I work with come in struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, boundaries, perfectionism, creative blocks, or low self-esteem. You don’t have to navigate these struggles alone. Together, we can explore the innermost parts of you—the ones that may be hard to see on your own—and notice how they show up in your life. Therapy can be exciting, but also challenging, and change often happens as you begin to see your experiences in new ways and carry those insights out into the world.

My approach is collaborative, curious, and affirming. I provide a body-positive, sex-positive, identity-positive space where all genders, sexualities, and relationship types are welcomed and celebrated. I believe self-exploration is a powerful catalyst toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

In our work, we may discover that some parts of you are working in your best interest, while others may be unintentionally holding you back. By bringing these patterns into awareness, therapy can help you shift what no longer serves you and make space for more freedom, connection, and possibility.
